Michael Lee - Executive Director
With over 13 years of experience in workout and CRE/property credit decisioning in Major and non-bank Lenders, Michael has been at the forefront of decisioning large and complex property transactions across Australia. He has a wealth of knowledge on how financiers operate and combines this with his project management skillset.
Michael has also been an avid property developer for over a decade, delivering end-to-end projects from renovations, extensions, duplexes and multi-townhouse sites. Paying particular attention to the property market, concept and design of the project, he has been able to maximise returns over multiple projects.
